Shipping Methods

We will issue a full refund if the customs inspection takes longer than 14 business days. Please understand that customs inspection is an uncontrollable factor and may cause a temporary delay in tracking updates.

Refund Policy

If the package is not delivered after exceeding 15 days of the maximum estimated delivery time OR the customs inspection takes longer than 14 business days, you will receive a full refund [1].

For US Customers

US tariffs are handled by our logistics partners. The delivery person will deliver the package directly to your address, and you don’t need to pay tariffs and customs clearance fees. Due to the frequent changes in US tariff policies, if the package cannot be cleared by US customs due to policy reasons, we will issue you a full refund.

For Europe Customers

The EU VAT is handled by our logistics partner, for Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. The delivery person will deliver the product directly to your address without collecting tax and customs clearance fees on delivery.

As our logistics partners are currently unable to handle VAT for European countries that are not on the above list, we can currently only ship packages to European countries on the above list.

Limited Product Warranty

We warrant Our Products will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of thirty (30) days following the date of delivery to you. We will replace, repair or credit you for any confirmed defective product at our option. Please contact us with any issues.
